We were immediately welcomed into the store and asked if we required any assistance. Initially we had only wanted to browse but saw what we wanted. Again we were offered assistance and shown choices, colours and sizes. We cannot remember the assistants name however both ladies were very knowledgable about their products, were quick to show us a variety of products and advise us on the products. When something was not in the store, the ladies showed us what it looked like on the store computer. We felt very welcomed, both ladies were knowledgable, genuine and sincere so we went ahead and bought the bed base and headboard. Delivery time was explained which suited us as we have time to freshen and decorate the bedroom before everything arrives. Well Done to Dreams Store at Roundswell in Barnstaple we were very impressed by the ladies there!

Visit the Barnstaple store at Roundswell, on both occasions the staff were extremely helpful. We used the computer bed to get an idea of mattress type and also advised by the ladies.

Process of the mattress section was good and helped with finding the correct one. Mainly happy with dreams due to the staff being so friendly and fantastic knowledge of the products and suggestions.

Lauren was very helpful. She showed me all the mattresses that related to my needs. Left me to try them out. Offered refreshments and kept coming back to check that I was ok. Overall a very pleasant visit to Dreams and came away having ordered a very comfortable mattress.
