Friendly and very helpful staff.Good range of products to choose from.

We visited the Barnstaple store on 2 occasions, the first (some little while ago)we were unable to place an order as our room was not ready but were able to go ahead this week. On both visits we received a very good welcome but with no pressure. As soon as we needed help the ladies provided this in a very positive, pleasant and cheerful manner and nothing was too much trouble. The lady who served us this week was Lauren, but unfortunately I do not know the name of the earlier, and I would like to thank them for their help and professionalism. Well done Barnstaple.

Lauren was so knowledgeable about all of the products she was selling We felt very reassured of what sort of mattress we were buying . We would not hesitate going to dreams in Barnstaple again. Fantastic service Thankyou.

Staffknowledge was very good, gave a good range beds availables for my body type /budget. Very friendly, to sum up my experience, I couldn't praise the to two colleague in your Barnstaple shop enough. Lovely cup of coffee too! I would highly recommend them to my friends and colleagues. Keep up the good work.

Abbie was very helpful and we rang back the store and placed an order for 2 mattresses. We just needed to check the height on the bunk beds to make sure they would fit.

Compared to other local bed stores the product and customer service were perfect.

The Staff were so welcoming and professional, we were offered coffee which was much appreciated. The store was immaculate and all staff on duty were so consienscious. Sophie attended to our every need and provided a superior service.

The member of staff seemed knowledgeable ,polite ,efficient. She was however not intrusive or pushy which was appreciated.

we were greeted nicely and left to just look around, when Lauren saw we were spending a little time by a couple of beds she then came over and explained the different mattresses. This helped us decide which one would be better. We were offered tea and coffee which we thought was a lovely gesture and both enjoyed our drinks. She also explained the storage choices and this helped in our decision of the divan. The ordering was simple, which in this day and age makes a lovely change, and the delivery time was quicker than I expected. This is the first visit I have made to dreams but I will return next year to replace my mattress. The bed we purchased is for my second bedroom for when family visit.
