Customer service was excellent, Lauren was energetic and friendly even though it was the end of the day. Products I wanted to see were not fully in store but she explained everything and put me at ease.

Found exactly what we wanted in store and were advised to look on-line for a suitable mattress which we did and purchased from Dreams also. Staff could not have been more helpful and understood our needs.
