Lauren(blond haired girl married with glasses and a tattoo on her foot) was brilliant, she sold us a bed and mattress 3mts ago, remembered us was helpful.in findings the bed my daughter wanted, see saw it on line, store didn't stock it Lauren was great again...she is a real asset to the company.

Everything was what e needed. From the store to the friendliness of Pia our assistant, who helped us from the time we walked in to when we left. She was very professional and nice and nothing was s problem. A true credit to the store

Lauren in the Barnstaple branch was fantastic very friendly and very helpful. She even went out of her way to entertain our little boy while we were on the bed analyser machine, little thing like that make for a great experience.

Your colleague Abbie, was highly knowledgeable, very friendly and put us at our ease whilst undertaking your analytic process. We were introduced to different types of pillow and ended up with the confidence to buy a new mattress, pillows and sheets at that first visit.
