The level of professionalism and friendliness was exemplary. Both the sales assistant Chelsea and her store manager in Barnstaple were so attentive and knowledgeable. They provided us with clear and helpful advice on a range of beds that would match our physical requirements (as analysed on the computer) and our financial needs.

Lauren was wonderful, I had my 3 year old with me at the time, Lauren kept her entertained while I tested the mattresses I was intetested In, and gave me great advice, i was very relaxed making my choice because of her frendly perfessioal manner.

I love going to this shop. The assistants are all lovely and friendly. We always get a coffee and have a chat while we are browsing They have great knowledge of the products and they are a credit to your company. We have bought 2 mattresses in the last couple of weeks and I can honestly say I wouldn't go anywhere else now. I hope this gets fed back to them as they should know how good they are.
