We knew what we wanted, but didn't know where it was located, but we were welcomed imeadiately, and assisted immediately, by both assistants, Knowledge was perfect, friendliness was perfect and we felt an important part of the assistants day.

Staff incredibly friendly and helpful

The support and knowldge was excellent, Chelsea was very knowledgable and offered lots of guidance and made sure we had time on our own to consider our options, thank you to Chelsea a credit to the company.

The team were xtremely friendly and knowledgable without being pushy and allowed us space to wander around at our leisure. We were offered the mattress suitability test which seemed very good and eventually made our decision with information about our chosen product and the 30 night guarantee made to us. We have used dreams 3 times now for our bed and would not use anyone else and we thank the staff for their service.

Good products with excellent service

Sophie in the Barnstaple store was very helpful and welcoming, very knowledgeable about the products and spent lots of time helping us make our selections. We were offered drinks multiple times and really looked after. I would thoroughly recommend the store and Sophie in particular was excellent.

We were going to just look but the quality of what we were looking for was there and we bought our mattresses straight away. It was like we saw it, really liked it and we bought it.

Really friendly staff. Offered to help us straight away and talked us through options and helped us make our choice. This one done in a knowledgeable and friendly way. We didn’t feel pressured into a sale. Just friendly and helpful the whole time!
