As there were no other customers in the store we had the sole attention of the assistant. There was no hard sell, she was very attentive but not pushy and she listened to what we wanted and gave us advise which we found very helpful. Even when we said we were going to have a coffee and have a think she agreed this was a good idea as when you a spending quite a lot of money there's nothing worse than feeling you are being pushed into purchasing the product. We had fun trying out the different mattresses and the fact that if we are not happy when we have tried the mattress at home we can exchange it within a certain time.

The girl at Roundswell branch was amazing! She was so helpful and honest when talking about what we wanted to purchase. She included areas for savings when she spoke to us and was amazing with our daughter- who was getting very bored! We were given a coffee while our daughter went on the massage bed! Absolutely amazing customer service today! Thank you!
