We were not intending to buy at this stage as we were looking at possibilities and intended to look elsewhere too. But your colleague was so helpful in guiding us through the choices available to us that might fit our requirements that we soon found what we wanted and made a purchase.

Sophie and her colleague were very helpful and knowledgable and we loved the computerised testing facility. I explained I had spondylitis and we tried 3 different beds,both my wife and I both chose the same bed. I thoroughly loved the entire visit,especially the cup of tea socially distanced. The customer service was amazing. We weren’t sure what to get but the knowledge and offers of the customer service pointed us towards the right way. We had a fun time at the store and lovely helpful chats

Sophie was incredibly helpful without being pushy. She gave us space to decide and offered excellent and useful advice. She and her team were extremely accommodating to our children which made the experience really enojoyable.

We made an appointment online. The assistant, Sophie, was waiting for us when we arrived. She was quick to understand our needs, listened carefully and asked appropriate questions. She clearly knew the stock really well and was able to offer us views on the computer of stock that wasn't held in the store. We were offered drinks and we felt well looked after. Everything we were looking for was available and Sophie was helpful in terms of making decisions and getting good value for money.

Everything went perfect

Firstly, the staff were great. As soon as my wife and I walked in, we were greeted by a lovely young lady. We had already done our research on the Dreams site, and the staff showed us what we looked at, but also alternatives. This was done by using the 'mattress machine'. She was very helpful, and also very funny. Just what I like in staff. Would definitely recommend and return in the future.
