Not long after entering the store a man said hello to me and asked how I was. He then asked what I was looking for. I was looking for a new bed frame. He asked if I had a budget. He advised of a bed frame type that would suit my budget. I asked about weight restrictions on your bed frames and he advised that he was unaware of any restrictions. But that he has never had any issue's with customers coming back and saying they've had an issue. I asked about a metal bed frame as I need the space under the bed and a divan would'nt be any use to me. He looked on the computer and found one currently in your sale. I picked that and he proceeded with the sale for me. He was polite, helpful and friendly.

Quick service abs helpful staff member .

When we entered the store we were welcomed within a few minutes not jumped upon like other stores. The salesman was pleasant and was able to answer all our questions. We liked the technology in the bed that scans your body for the bed which would best suit our needs. The one that was top was the actual bed that we bought.
