Dreams

We were in the store in Perth looking and returned a week later to look again. The assistant Vivienne was very helpful on our first visit which is why we returned. She looked after us again very friendly and efficient. We were protected in the store feeling entirely at ease about infection. The other members of staff also were great. I was offered a drink which was very unexpected but lovely. Viviens knowledge and advice helped us choose our bed with confidence. We were delighted to hear our bed would be delivered in 10 days. We have also received an email of confirmation. Highly satisfied is what we are. Many thanks

I was looking for a firm king size mattress. The sales assistant, Vivien, was very helpful in assisting me to choose the mattress. The mattress price was very good too.

The first time we went to visit the store there were balloons which my partner is severely allergic to. The staff disposed of them and cleaned and aired the store so we could return on a different day. When we returned we spent nearly 2 hours trying out different mattresses. Wil was extremely patient and helpful with us. We went away and discussed the cost before returning in time to make the most of the offer that was on. The staff on all three visits were friendly and helpful and at no point pressured us to buy anything.
