The lady assistant in Horsham was extremely knowledgeable and did not overwhelm us..She used a great process of helping and informing us and then stepping away to give us time. We were delighted at a weeks delivery..

Marc assisted us in the Horsham branch. He was extremely courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He left us to try beds on our own, but was never far away if we needed assistance. He is a very good sales person, who deserves all the praise he gets. Was never pushy at all. Explained all our options in terms of guarantees etc, but again was not at all pushy, just helpful. i hadn't been to this store before, i had always bought beds from another store but went in as a comparison, but i was immediately impressed with the covid measures and the friendly member of staff who greeted us. They allowed us to browse but when we needed assistance they were approachable - even swopping matresses onto different beds. I will be using Dreams again.

Kerryn the sales advisor was very knowledgeable and approachable regarding our purchase. She took the time to explain social distancing rules and then the different types of products available. We were so pleased for her support as we had our 3 toddlers with us which can make it difficult to make important purchases but kerryn was very helpful and made the process so easy

Immediately we entered the store, Ben came over and assisted us fully until we had everything we needed. He also reassured me that he didn’t mind my children sitting on the beds! He was very knowledgeable and understood all our requirements.
