The service given was brilliant. I’m afraid I didn’t get the name of the lady in store but she was extremely knowledgeable on products quickly understood what I was after and explained to me my options. She was the only assistant in store and must have been difficult managing the store and phone in her own but this didn’t seem affect her service. Lovely lady.

The analysis done on what would best fit me and my wife (automatic screening on the bed). The help offered and time spent by Adam. Offered water, tea and coffee, spent time to understand our needs, not pushy at all. We also were offered discounts were possible. The delivery was done very quickly and professionally.

Very happy with the service. The lady assistance went through the computerised bed finder device and found me the perfect mattress for my needs. Very helpful and knowledgeable.

The salesman who met us conveyed himself in really pleasant manner. He was very knowledgeable, relaxed and attentive. My wife and I both remarked that he was an excellent sales person.

We were asked if we wanted any help soon after entering the store, we were advised to use the sleep survey machine which was really helpful in identifying what we needed. After that the staff were happy to point out the beds we should try according to our results, gave us a pillow and allowed us to browse at our leisure. They answered all the questions we had for them, advised us on delivery times but didnt pressure us to purchase. We went away to think about it, came back next day and they remembered us and what we wanted to order. Overall fantastic service.

Great customer service from our salesman.

We were in the store about 40 minutes and used the dream machine or bed match equipment. We tried mattresses and bought one and two pillow in that time. Excellent speed.
