The bed we chose was out of stock when we placed the order. The staff were unaware as it was not on their list of out of stock products. So it was pointless deciding which one to go for and would have saved time if we’d known straight away it was out of stock. I also would have liked the bed sooner.

Even with the sale price, I spent almost a thousand pounds on 3 single mattresses, and have to wait FOUR WEEKS for delivery.

I can't really point to anything specific. I don't think you could do much more to improve the experience, I just don't think I could ever be highly satisfied with a bed shop. However the experience exceeded my expectations and I would definitely come again!

overall very good, store feels a little sole-less, maybe some music might make it feel less so?
