The visit to the Horsham branch was exceptional in that we were welcomed by Tracey who introduced herself and offered my wife and I a cup of tea whilst we looked around the store. There was no pressurised selling and we were left to check out each bed. She returned to us each time we had a question and this all came together with us making the purchase. Well done Dreams. Well done Tracey.

'Lady' Tracey in your Horsham showroom was helpful and explained all my options, steering me clear of certain mattresses when I told her I am allergic to wool. After initially testing my options 'Lady' Tracey left me to try out the various mattresses at my leisure - very much appreciated - it made the whole experience more relaxing, with no pressure to make a quick decision. Once I had made my choice the ordering procedure was straight forward and everything was explained to me. I was also made aware of any other bedding items available at special prices. My only complaint is that I have restricted time in which to complete my comments - when making a recommendation (or complaint) I for one want to get it right.

The bed we chose was out of stock when we placed the order. The staff were unaware as it was not on their list of out of stock products. So it was pointless deciding which one to go for and would have saved time if we’d known straight away it was out of stock. I also would have liked the bed sooner.
