We had a fantastic experience from when we arrived in store to when we placed the order. Marc in the Horsham store was friendly, informative and helpful. We used the sleep bed machine (I forgot it’s proper name sorry), to help us decide on a mattress which was great to help us narrow down our decision (& I’ve since recommended to friends to do the same). Being pregnant covid is of high concern to me but the store had all measures in place and we were extremely impressed (spraying beds, paper to go over pillows when testing, masks, sanitiser and cleaning of card machine before payment). Marc was great and not pushy at all. We went back the next day to place our order and he was brilliant both days. A real asset to your team!

Everyone in the store was perfectly pleasant and kind and friendly. I didn’t feel forced into making the purchase. The staff member took time to understand my needs and what I wanted which was very good. Upon purchase I was able to use multiple methods. Both cash and card.

The lady that I dealt with was very knowledgeable about the products and passed this to me in making my decision. I was able to pick my delivery date. All in all I was very impressed and I will definitely pass on my high recommendation to others.

Ben took the time to ask what we wanted and also encouraged us to try as many mattresses as we could to make sure we got the right one

The service was perfect.

Fortunately I was the only customer in the store at the time and so I had the benefit of 100% of the attendant’s time. Adam was friendly, courteous and patient and he answered all my questions.
