Ben was really helpful, talked us through the sleep match machine and explained all the options. We made a decision really quickly and the ordering process was just as easy. We’ve been really impressed with how easy and flexible the delivery date has been too as we’re moving to a new build with a vague completion date but have been really reassured we can move the date if we need to.

We were not expecting to decide on a mattress so quickly. However Adam was excellent at making recommendations, narrowing down the choice and then answering our questions. He was excellent and so we slept on it, and made the decision to buy the next day. We still have to expereince delivery and sleeping on the new mattress, but I hope we will continue to be highly satisfied.

Ben was very helpful, knew his stuff and that made the process easy. Also did not feel pressured to buy - which some companies do during the sales process.

The in store staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They explained the process clearly and offered us a method to measure our sleep needs which wa very clever and actually met our own pre-shopping ideas. We were given time to lay in each mattress we liked and were given detailed information on each product. We had shopped at the same store the month before for a new double bed for my wife’s parents and were equally as impressed then which made us decide to return and treat ourselves. Great service by the Horsham Dreams staff, thank you!
