Very friendly staff who pointed me in the right direction

Friendly, Helpful, very knowledgeable.

We was looking for a specific bed and the sales lady helped immensely. She knew everything about all the beds and mattresses and gave her impartial views to help us decide. The store was very clean and on every opportunity measures were put in place for social distancing and cleaning.

Phoned ahead and got information I needed. Little annoying I couldn’t apply my student discount online, so came into store. Mark was really nice, had a funny chat about vasectomies, both our partners have high ambitions for us!!

The sales assistant was very friendly and knowledgeable. She explained the system and how the colour coding worked. Provided the pillows to match our sleeping pattern and also upsold a couple of things that we hadnt considered.

The advisor was friendly and helpful, explained about other services Dreams provided, even offered me a bottle of water. Great guy

The 2 staff members who helped me, Kerryn and Benjamin were exceptional. They were so patient while I was making a decision and didnt "push" me at all which was great. No panic buying on my partbecause of their approach.

All questions dealt with ,with explanations where needed.

Ben, who helped me was very well informed about the product I wanted and helped with any questions I put to him, very polite and friendly

I was met with a smile and walked away having placed an order for a new mattress. Says it all, doesn't it.
