Adam did a brilliant job. He was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable and yet there was absolutely no pressure or ‘hard sell’. He helped us to use the SleepMatch technology and provided all the information and all the assistance we required. He is a great ambassador for Dreams.

This was a return to the store following a previous purchase of bunk beds for our grandchildren. Our experience previously was matched by the experience on this occasion by meeting and being served by the same member of staff. We were very well informed and not rushed in any way as we were shown a variety of mattresses we were considering to purchase. The whole process was very professional, pleasant and carried out in a timely manner. We hope you pass on our thanks for everything that day.

The assistant gave us all the time and product advice we needed and was very patient while being careful to maintain social distance. He outlined all the options without trying to influence us to buy something unsuitable. He was polite and cheerful.

I was greeted straight away by friendly staff who listened to my requirements and also took the time to explain various options, including using the machine to give recommendations. Everything was explained thoroughly and didn't feel rushed. The only downside is that there was no offer of any discount or anything as I have had in the past. But a great experience overall and would recommend.
