Friendly staff with excellent product knowledge. The experience was easy and efficient, we selected our items for order quickly and were very happy with the overall service. Will come again!

The member of staff who looked after us did exactly that She understood our priorities and was extremely knowledgeable regarding the product we were interested in , she offered alternatives below and above are selection which was helpful. Booking order and payment were all completed in a friendly professional manner options of add no were explained but not pushed, we did buy them, Excellent.

We have been thinking of changing our mattress for sometime now but we were unsure of which mattress would be suitable for us. We initially went to John Lewis Horsham but not one member of staff acknowledged us or made any effort to serve us. We then went to your store in Horsham and we were greeted by Adam and he asked if we needed any help. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was the reason we made our purchase as nothing was to much trouble.

Whilst it took a little while to be served (the store was very busy and there were only 2 members of staff) once we were served, it was excellent.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great product knowledge. The new scanner is great for suggesting mattresses that might be suitable. Speed of the service and order were great. Didn't not feel pressurised which makes a change from other experiences I have had. Overall great service and the tem at horsham should be commended

Given time to browse the store. Help was given when asked for. Adam was very helpful, answering questions. Particularly as I am deaf and struggle to lip read with masks! Overall we were extremely pleased with the service we received.

My partner and I were greeted at the door, we was shown the new machine that measures what type of mattress would suit best. We was given a pillow and was invited to try the mattress. We was in store for approximately 2/2.5 hours and wasn’t hurried or was made to feel unwelcome. I highly recommend the staff at the Horsham branch!
