NAV (Luton branch) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He wasn’t pushy and made every effort to make us feel comfortable and well informed about products and aftercare service.

All Staff are friendly and very helpful. A lovely welcome and a coffee is a nice touch. This is our 3rd visit/ purchase at the store . We returned as the customer service during our first visit was so good. A big thank you to the whole team. Customer service goes a long way! Mr and Mrs Healy
