The gentleman Nav who served me was extremely friendly & had a genuine knowledge of the products in store. He never put any pressure on me to buy but at the same time was very helpful & professional. I feel with his advice I made the right choice of mattress & pillow. He even took into consideration my age and job when advising me on the best options. I was very pleased.

Everyone was extremely polite and friendly with particular thanks to Kamran who was our sales advisor, who tended to our needs to choose the perfect products for me, my wife and our children. Also a particular thank you to George in the store who took to the time to come over and compliment how well behaved our children were in the store. It was a lovely touch.

Naveed is a fantastic consultant and I always buy my beds from him. He takes time to understand needs and budget and always delivers something great. Really hospitable towards my children as we were buying for the kids room this time, and he ensured their safety through the store at all time. Great guy! Absolute asset to dreams.

Georgina was absolutely amazing. She made us feel so welcome, and her knowledge was brilliant. A very good listener to our needs and extremely patient and im one of those customers who like to ask alot of questions haha! She was just fantastic! Couldn't praise her enough, thank you Georgina :) X

Sofia was very knowledgeable about the bed types and mattresses we were interested in and showed excellent customer service remembering me and my wife from a previous visit down to particular products we were interested in. The store manager also was extremely warming and assisted us in setting up our order while we are in the process of buying our first home.
