Restaurant service Saturday morning was abysmal. Hotel was awesome

During my visit I had an emergency and had to leave the hotel and not stay one of the nights so I could go back home. The assistant at the front desk was not accommodating or friendly. It made the upsetting moment that much worse. Other than Friday night, the hotel was great.

This hotel is very nice and the staff helped me quite a few times. It was in a great location for what I needed and allowed me to get to where I needed to go. The rooms were great and the beds were comfortable.
