Friendly staff. Ask why I was there. Offered to take a tray up to my room. Just great customer service . One person name was cherese and the cook was very friendly. Great staff. Thank you!!!!!

Our room was dirty, had stains on the couch, peeling wallpaper in the bathroom and carpet was gross. When we checked in, the hotel was completely booked and had 1 person on staff at the front desk for checkins, bar orders and guest requests. Everyone had to wait for service- unacceptable for a busy Saturday night. We ordered soup and salads and the lettuce was brown and wilted. Disappointing stay to say the least!
