Hyatt Place Salt Lake City/Downtown/The Gateway

We absolutely loved it. Only problem is that we had no idea there was a hot tub till we were leavinf, wish the info brochure in the room had mentioned that.

Breakfast was ok. Wish they had a year round pool

We left our room between 10-2:30, and our room was never cleaned or checked. We waited until after 3:30 then decided to put out our do not disturb sign. Other than that everyone was really friendly, and the bed was very comfortable.

Lobby is too warm. Not refreshing when we walk in from the heat. The first full day we were there our room had not been cleaned when we got back at 4:30. Told the manager and she made sure our room was cleaned early that day and left us a very nice snack basket.

Nice place

Parents were staying at the hotel. Went to the hot tub and the temp was cold. Mentioned something small to the manager and he made a big deal to make sure it was fixed right away

Parking sucks!
