friendly and quick as usual!!

The Manager Christie was rude, condescending, and absolutely unprofessional. I had to make 2 trips to this location to pick-up and item for my son, and I will never return, nor will I recommend anyone else to. Between Chrisite and Whitney absolutely humiliating me and embarrassing me in front of several other customers, and never attempting to reconcile the problem. My son had to sign off on the pawn ticket for me to pick up the item, and these 2 ladies decided that "they didn't think the signatures matched" so they basically stood there and called me a liar. I told them both over and over again that was INDEED MY SONS SIGNATURE, and I surely wasnt going to pay $244.00 for something if it didn't belong to my son. I then had to get a 2nd copy of the pawn ticket, have my son sign it again, and return the next day to get the merchandise. When I was able to finally get the item, they never apologized, and were completely unfriendly and rude from start to finish. The signatures were the same both times I was in there, but they decided one matched and the other one didn't. Absolutely unacceptable and totally unprofessional.
