Nice restaurant & lobby. Bathroom needs updating!

Hotel is starting to show it's age. The open center of the building layout makes it noisy. Otherwise a good experience.

I was there for a conference with a bunch of college-aged kids. I did enjoy the place. It was clean. However, there weren't very many elevators

Very loud. From 15th floor could hear street noise & guests coming in & out of their rooms.

Very slow service. Housekeeping never available shower was broken outlets didn't keep your things plugged in

Had to wait two hours for a room. The room has coffee I would not serve to a prisoner of war. No fridge, No microwave. The room was very dated, needs renovations. The only thing four-star about this hotel, is the price.
