when tickets were ordered for thanksgiving day game hotel offered free shuttle from airport, only to find out that they quit those! not happy

Like all other reviews desk people don't know info. have attitudes. Learned more info. from gentlemen running shuttles. breakfast really cereal and waffles. why not run breakfast till 1030 if shuttle doesn't leave till then. ads say shuttle to airport and does not. same with local area but really stadium and theme park.

The lady that checked us in was very rude! The hotel is close to attractions which is good. The breakfast was basic & all carbs. They will not let you use the shuttle til next day which caused me to have to pay for parking at six flags. I will not stay here again even though it was a decent rate.

The staff was unhelpful and rude. The front desk looked shabby and dirty. I didn't even want to eat the continental breakfast. The room was extremely tiny. The tub drain was completely rusted. The fridge needed to be cleaned. The toilet looked ages old.
