We thought we were going to have free parking, but it was $24 a day! Our toilet stopped up twice. Water in the fridge was $5! No complementary breakfast.

The staff was particularly friendly. Especially three young men in the valet parking area; I don't remember their names but I remember that they are brothers. They were very professional, courteous, friendly, and efficient. If that's how family members work together, more places should hire family members.

Bed and sheet not as comfortable as I would like. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Free wifi throughout hotel a definite plus. Hotel is right on the river and near all restaurants. Had a great view of the river and River St/historic district.

Wished they had an outdoor pool!!:(

Jack hammer construction with no notice. Between that and housekeeping practically banging down our door there was no sleeping in.

The Hyatt is a beautiful hotel.
