I am visiting Savannah for the first time, and had a great experience that will lead me to recommend the Hyatt Regency Savannah over the Andaz because of the friendliness and hospitality of the staff including Jerrell from the bell staff who was really helpful to us as we checked in. There was also a very helpful intern from Peru who checked us in and selected a very nice room and view as we are celebrating our anniversary--which was considerately recognized with comp drinks in Vu lounge. We encountered another very friendly young lady named Hannah who gave us exceptional service in Vu. I am an employee of the Marion IL reservations center and I will recommend the Hyatt Regency Savannah because of the hospitality I received as my husband and I were guests here!
