I attended on a class trip with my daughter. The whole facility and all they offer was amazing and fun, yet just about every staff member was a rude ignorant slob. They're there to assist and ensure our stay goes smooth or be helpful. Instead we were yelled at rushed and talked badly to.

We had a fantastic time attending the Franklin Institute. The building was absolutely lovely. I can't wait to visit again.

Great place for the whole family! Interactive areas, great exhibits, and nice staff with so much knowledge. Some exhibits were out of order but we are still coming back!
