There are repairs going on.. We are the only ones on this floor I believe because we paid with points earned and they stuck us on this floor.. The toilet overflowed we informed the desk but we had to call again when we returned because no one came.. The room wasn't clean and when we were gone all day the towels were not replaced nor was the room cleaned.. Overall horrible experience.. The rate for this motel is something like $167 per night and I feel it was worth $10 and that's being generous
