Hilton Garden Inn Texarkana

The prices in the room service book did not match what we were charged. When we signed for our food we were told that they had updated the menu but not the book. It was delicious, but we paid double what we were expecting.

Best hotel food and staff! It's truly a luxurious experience and talented chef on site restaurant.

It was great! Clean, friendly, and everything you look for in a hotel stay. Only complaint: We ordered room service from the in room menu. When they brought it up, the bill was twice as much as expected. The menu that we had was outdated, so that part was not cool.

It was a really great hotel. I live near Texarkana, so I have not honesty stayed there a lot. I have been there when some of y family came in from out of town and thy stayed there. It was really nice and so were the employees.

Room was never cleaned. When I complained person working front desk said there isn't anything they can do. But that I can have more towels if needed. Very disappointed! Seems the hotel wasn't prepared for all the guests. We were there for a dance convention and many rooms were booked. There were many complaints from our team mates and other dancers. Not sure we will be recommending this hotel again for our dancers.
