2nd time staying here

We were highly disappointed with our stay. I could not believe there was no washer or dryer, for starters. Traveling with a family, I wrongly assumed this was standard. Beds were uncomfortable. Shower was awful, water pressure was incredibly low. Extra shower head did not work. The only redeeming part was the cleanliness of the room. Period.
