Great stay

Appeared clean at first glance... Did my routine bed bug check prior to bringing luggage in... Wow! 9:30-10pm & two VISIBLE LIVE BEDBUGS on top of white bedspread!!!!! PLUS dirty footprints, grass &'other small insects! Went to inform the concierge & try for a room without problems... They sent me down a few doors... Did BB check @ all seemed fine, so we unloaded our stuff... Realized we had left our drinks in BB infested room... Concierge gave us a key to our "original" room & reminded us of the room number... WOAH! It WAS NOT OUR ORIGINAL ROOM! As my kids opened the door there was a stranger that popped up! It was THEIR ROOM! They screamed & went running as I apologized profusely! We got a key to the old room... We didn't dare to try going in... We just went to our new room & called it a night! The next morning we woke up & had been eaten by some kind of bug ON OUR FACES! This is THE LAST TIME WE WILL EVER STAY AT A HOLIDAY INN!!!!!!!!!!! Btw, no compensation was given either!!!!!! Not even a refund!!!!!!!!!!
