This is a great place for kids 10 and under. There's so much to do and it is designed and setup great!

Lower prices for groups

Fun for kids. Food at waterpark ridiculously over priced.

It was okay

Mowers running near guest rooms before 8am is unacceptable. The mowers had plenty of area to cover that was not near the guest rooms. This is common sense. Also, a chair in our room was unstable. The bathroom floor had something on it. Not dirty, but should be fixed. Overall this was my worst experience at GWL.

The place is disgusting. Filthy dirty and gross. The rooms are nasty toilets are dirty room is dusty. The food is overpriced and terrible.

Pros: nice water park, adequate # Lifeguards, nice theme rooms, nice Christmas decor, front desk staff excellent. Cons: rooms were not clean, beds were not made/rooms not cleaned (not once in 4 days), had to ask for towels, hotel restaurant was horrible

This was the worst hotel I've ever been in. The hotel was so dirty and it was cheap and broken. The water park was very small and it got extremely boring after 30 minutes. This place was expensive so I was shocked of how crappy it was. Not going back
