Awesome water park!

Our two kids had a blast and loved it!! The two night stay set us back pretty good in the bank account but the memories will be well worth the cost! There are only two things that I have noticed that kind of touch me wrong here... #1: the staff. Most are not very happy and go friendly as you would expect at a lodge. #2: the dust on top of everything in the room we stayed in. The room was pretty clean for the most part, but I could have written our families name's in the dust on the top side of the timber headboards of the beds. The top of everything else was about the same way.

Diet Coke tasted funny... lines need cleaning I think. Staff was very polite and helpful. Facility was nice, tidy and clean.

Mowers running near guest rooms before 8am is unacceptable. The mowers had plenty of area to cover that was not near the guest rooms. This is common sense. Also, a chair in our room was unstable. The bathroom floor had something on it. Not dirty, but should be fixed. Overall this was my worst experience at GWL.
