This was a great experience. I'm really glad that I went. It was very informative and I learned a lot.

I was surprised that there was an entry fee. Is this not part of the National Park Service?

Very confusing - zero direction as to what you're doing. The security guard in the bill of rights room was very rude and unprofessional. I am disabled and put my hand on the outside of a wall of the case a document was in and she screamed at me like I was a thief. Put up a sign if you don't want people touching things or taking pictures. Some exhibits had no pictures signs on the door that was opened against a wall so you couldn't see it. The center has potential but wasn't too impressed.

We went to the center specifically to see the signers room. We weren't told that it was closed due to reconstruction. We were very upset that we were charged full price without being told this wasn't available.
