We arrived in store not knowing which type of mattress we would need. Paul the salesman was very knowledgable pleasant and polite he put us on a bed that scanned us and advised us on suitable mattresses. Within half hour we had brought our mattress. Very easy decision on a quality mattress at a reasonable price. Excellent customer service.

We knew pretty much what we was after. But assistant showed us a few extra beds that might suit. Easy process and really quick delivery which is a bonus.

From the moment we walked in the shop, we where looked after, we went on the sleep match technology, then we where shown around and tested mattresses suited for us, we also needed a bedframe.The one we liked on show was not the colour we where looking for, and we also wanted fabric buttons, Paul showed us another bed, and explained that the bed we wanted came in the pearl colour, with the buttons aswell, which was what we had been looking for. Due to the good customer service we received, and not feeling pressured at any time, we went ahead and bought a mattress and bed frame. We also liked the fact that we where offered refreshments, and that we did not feel rushed at anytime through our visit to your shop.

Rang up first to see if they had what I was looking for. Spoke to Paul, store manager. Very informative and polite over the phone. Went to the store in Cannock a few hours later. Greeted by Paul as I walked in, got on we’ll discussing and talking about the right mattress for myself. Decided to order the Tempur mattress there and then and pay full amount as I knew that from the vast knowledge of Paul’s background with the product I was in safe hands that I was 100% with the right purchase. When buying a bed you need the sales person to have Empathy and good knowledge and I found that out with Paul. I have already bought a Ottoman base from Dreams earlier in the year and with be telling friend about my purchase and will be going back for more bed products in the future.

Very helpful and understanding the problems i have with back pain explained the difference between different mattresses really helpful didn't rush us at all even though the store was ready to close witch was so nice as we had come a fair way and didnt now the closing time offered a drink aswell to lovely store assistants nice to now there are still gentlemen out there would recommend the cannock store to family and friends and no pressure to buy thank guys

Excellent service very friendly even offered us a drink of our choice never had that happen before would certainly recommend shopping at dreams.
