Sharon was knowledgeable and helpful, there was no pressure to purchase, all options were covered, including payment and suitability of mattress.

Friendly, knowledgable member of staff who explained the different options best suited to our requirements, we were given time to test out and discuss the best option without being pressured. ordering was simple and checked thoroughly before processing. Very happy with delivery timescales

The base I wanted was on display so I could check it matched the online description. The sales assistant pointed me in the right direction for a mattress suitable for a guest room. The price was good and delivery times were far shorter than I expected. All the sales staff were friendly and spared time for a chat.

Gary Was Very professional And knowledgeable and very helpful, We wanted a Leather Sleigh bed but there was no stock but swop sold us same bed in wood which was just has nice so we are happy, And good knowledge on the mattress as well, couldn't fault him.

Tammy was very helpful she has a lot of knowledge about the products and nothing was too much trouble for her. She was very polite and got us a really good deal on what we wanted, could not fault her and would definitely return to this store in the future.

We booked a Sleep match appointment and was greeted with a smile and taken to the 'bed'. Paul asked questions relating to how we slept i.e on side or back and any aches or pains etc. He made us a cup of tea whilst waiting for the results. He then explained results and which beds would be most suitable for us. We already have a Tempur mattress so we quickly decided which one we wanted. Delivery was available quite soon and we had 2 free pillows. We look forward to receiving our new bed with the option of returning it if it isn't suitable. What's not to like!

We were greeted when we arrived and had time to wander round the store and have a look at all of the beds. Staff were polite and extremely helpful. I had a number of questions which were answered efficiently.

After visiting Benson for Beds nearby, we were very pleased with the difference in service and the options available. Whilst the prices were similar, the overall experience with Dreams and the staff (particularly Paul who helped us directly) was far greater. It was personal, with excellent knowledge and advice. And most importantly there was no pressure. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and would recommend Dreams (the Cannock branch specifically) for the service we received.
