We were very well looked after (by Matthew) from the minute we were asked if we needed any assistance. We had no idea what we wanted/needed other than a new bed and mattress but Matthew talked us through everything and we left extremely happy with our purchase! Now we just can’t wait for them to arrive!

I found my experience from the moment I walked in until purchase very good. I was asked if I needed assistance or did I want to browse. I took the second option but was given the layout of the shop. No pressure was placed on me at any time. Dennis the person who I placed my order with was very helpful and I have placed my order for a mattress and I know when it will be delivered. I hope to return to purchase a new bed frame later.

Looked on internet and picked an “ uppy and downy” bed, mattress and headboard of my choice. Went to store and was immediately approached by Matthew who asked if he could assist me. Matthew was very knowledgeable and said that the mattress that I had chosen was not suitable for the bed I was purchasing. Had Matthew not been so knowledgeable,I would have chosen the wrong items. I asked Matthew about claiming back VAT as I am disabled and he said that you didn’t do it. The next day, Matthew phoned me to say that he had contacted head office to check about the VAT and to let me know the answer. That was extremely kind of Matthew as he, as far as I am concerned, didn’t need to do that. Well done Matthew, he is a credit to your company.
