Dave was friendly and knowledgeable

Very friendly staff with plenty of knowledge of the products. Plenty of hand sanitizer available. Hot drink offered. Very pleased with the service I received.

The member of staff was polite and courteous but not overbearing. Having been in another store before going to dreams we were impressed by the cleanliness of the store and friendly nature of the staff overall too

We came in looking for a mattress but didn’t really know where to start. We were immediately met by a friendly colleague who showed us the sleep machine which led us to narrow down lots of mattresses to just a few. We ended up going for something a lot more expensive than we were intending but we were so pleased with what we found (we hope it’s worth it)!

We were looking for a Super King bed frame for our yet to be unopened Emma mattress. Dave served us & we were extremely impressed with his down to earth, no nonsense attitude & delivery (ie. humour - something generally sadly lacking in this day & age!). We found the bed frame we wanted but is currently out of stock, however we will purchase as soon as it is. Dave then suggested we do the Tempur mattress/pillow trial which led to me buying a pillow & I have had the best 3 nights sleep for ages - time will tell if we made the wrong decision on purchasing an Emma mattress. Suffice to say, if it is not to our liking (200 day trial, albeit can’t start using until we have bed frame) then we will almost certainly purchase a Tempur mattress. Well done Dave!

Matthew spent time with us to make sure we chose the correct mattress for our needs. We returned to the store a couple of times to measure things up and both times he and the other staff there were helpful and knowledgeable about the product and fitting

Efficient and friendly, non invasive support. Laurence knew the products well. Gave us the information, gave us space and time to talk and think. No rush.
