One word Inny! He was amazing. We were so impressed with his knowledge and friendly manner. Very easy to talk to. Helped us choose the right mattress for both of us. Really really pleased. If he ever tried to leave? Offer him more money. He's a true asset. Oh and the product was really comfy too. And I also bought the pillow that was very comfortable to try the beds with! Wonderful service, amazing comfy beds.

Quality of service, price and product

Upon entering the store my partner and I were unsure what type of mattress we wanted and ideally only wanted to spend a small amount of money. We were greeted by a member of staff called Solly. He took us the machine which tells you what type of mattress you need. He listened to what we wanted and our budget. He took us round all the beds recommended and told us all details about the mattress. He then took us to the tempur mattress section. Again he had a lot of knowledge and somehow we agreed to spend over budget on a tempur. Solly took us through the finance options and helped us find a finance option in budget. Solly was very knowledgable, had a great welcoming personality, made us laugh and was great at getting to know us in the time we were in the store.

The staff couldn’t do enough and were very patient as we were not sure which product we wanted at first. They got out a mattress topper which I returned to look at the next day once it had regained its shape. The staff were very knowledgeable about the products and understood my needs as one had trained as a physiotherapist. We were shown the differences between the pillows and bought 2 sprung pillows as we could see the difference it made to posture when lying down. We have to wait for the pillows to be ordered but otherwise everything was perfect.

From the minuet we entered the store the staff members couldn't do enough, from making me a coffee to explaining all my options. They showed us everything they had to offer and went above and beyond in helping us choose our perfect bed! I came into store after coming in with a friend a week prior and comparing the overall quality of the store to Benson's for beds we didn't even question where to buy our bed from. Fantastic team with fantastic product knowledge.
