Solly welcomed us to the Store and understood our needs. We were left to discuss options ( our request ) whilst he dealt with other customers. Picked up with us again and agreed our order. 2 months lead time was a bit more than expected but mattress is made to order.

We were served by Solly at Dreams Blackburn and he was one of the friendliest most approachable agents I've met. He showed us the beds, introduced us to mattresses we haven't seen and helped us on the sleep expert machine. He deserves a pat on the back, quick sale and happy customer!

The assistant was very informative regarding the mattress took images of my back to ascertain the best mattress for me I tried 3 mattress and chose the one most comfortable for me
