Well where do I start ? We were greeted at the door by a lovely man called sully, who asked us what we were looking for so we told him a mattress he then went on to make us a coffee and put us on a machine. Then he took us around all the beds explaining everything about them. We couldn't of had a better experience.

We had been looking for a bed for our daughter which gave her storage , our idea was to look for a mid height bunk with built in drawers . I had seen the sort of bed I was looking towards but as we had our daughter with us , her opinion was it too childish . At this point on of your representatives politely asked what we were looking for and showed us a few options to listen to our thoughts and get an idea of what we really needed . He then pointed to us to the bed we have purchased , he was very professional and curtious

Staff very friendly and understood our needs and showed me and my wife various products for our needs very good customer service

I had visited the blackburn store a few months ago and was intrested in the tv bed but did not purchase it at that time . Suleman contacted me to let me know that it was in offer if we were still intrested so we placed an order it was very good of suleman to get in touch .

We chose the bed base because it has a lot of storage space and the staff are helpful and not pushy

Solly and Inny where great. we went on the sleep machine. they explained the findings. explained the different mattresses, as I have a back problems, they listened, gave advice, very knowledgeable. we led on many beds, before we made our choice.

Solly was very friendly and professional, allowed us to go away and think about the purchase and was not pushy at all, which made us return! Fab service - thankyou

It was very easy to select an appropriate mattress with your special machine. We were highly impressed with this
