Matthew, our salesperson, greeted us at the door and was absolutely stellar the whole way through. We went in blind and both had very different ideas of what might suit us, and he took the time to offer a few suggestions, talk us through the benefits and let us take as much time as we wanted. Super friendly, polite, and not pushy at all. He took everything we said into account and offered useful and really knowledgeable information without any prompting to help us make our decision. A very genuine person. Would definitely shop again and recommend others do too based on our experience. Regarding the shop, the place was clean, spacious and welcoming. Definitely felt like we were in good hands all round.

This is my second time buying beds from dreams. I loved the beds I bought before and now. The staff is very helpful and approachable. Today I have been assist by suleman he was very helpful and helped me with my request. Definitely recommend to everyone.

We went to Dreams to find a bed suitable for both of us to sleep on comfortably, hopefully the machine found us one, the staff knew about the product there were selling and we had advice about sleeping properly, overall happy with service.

The store assistant was very keen to make sure I left with the right product and understood how much I was prepared to spend. He found the right product at the right price for me. As I love a deal he also made sure I left with a few 1/2 price add-on's that fitted my budget and my sense of a good deal. Great service highly recommended.

I came to the blackburn store multiple times to look for either a bed alongside a mattress or just a mattress, and Everytime I got the assistance of Suleman, who was very patient and was very helpful everytime I went in. I always had a friendly talk with him which also finally helped me choosing my preferred mattress. The purchase was quick and everything went in smoothly.
