Dealt with by store manager Inny who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He expressed a genuine interest in our needs and recommended products that were both relevant and within budget.

Matt was extrememly helpful, polite and professional at all atimes throughout our experience. So much so i more than what I intended to.

We bought our bed at Dreams, Blackburn, Lancashire, we did the computerised most suitable assessment and from that we were able to make the correct decision for our needs. The assistant was most helpful, was able to show us the available options for us and was able to explain the differences between the mattresses that helped us make our decision, he was most helpful. We received a coffee which was a nice touch. All in all it was a very pleasant, successful shopping experience.

The sales assistant was extremely knowledgeable and informative. He was keen to help and answered every question that I had.
