Went into the Dreams outlet to look at options and probably not buy. Was approached by Inny, the store colleague, in a friendly, helpful and non pushy way. He was just great, making sure he understood what we were looking for and showed us multiple options and helped us narrow down to exactly what we were looking for. Inny was professional, knowledgeable and did not try the high pressure sell - consequence was that we did buy and enjoyed the experience. All down to the professionalism of Inny and good products. The friendliness of the staff member Suleman in the Blackburn store. Couldn’t do enough to help us and kept giving me and my husband time alone to look around & chat. Overall a very pleasant and relaxed experience, didn’t feel under pressure.

i am 89 and disabled? my daughter was buying me a bed? being as you close at 7.30 pm was ideal? when i walked through door and see all beds? i thought it would be impossible to pick one when a young lady took me to machine that worked out best bed for me "unbelievable?" it worked the young woman was brilliant and we ordered bed plus accsessories i wish to comment more on this thank you

The salesman took time to understand our requirements, without being pushy. His product knowledge was excellent and we felt that his main purpose was to find the right product for us, and not trying to sell us the most expensive item. We went to other bed stores and the difference in the knowledge, attitude and customer service from the Dreams salesman was crystal clear. We returned to the Dreams store and purchased the mattress solely due to the exceptional customer service, even though it was cheaper elsewhere.
