Nylah was helpful from when we stepped in, she listened to our needs and helped us used the sleep mattress machine to find our ideal mattress and then gave us all the options available. She provided us with additional information and pricing and all the options for delivery etc. We were offered a cup of tea etc whilst we were waiting. They seemed to go above and beyond to give us exactly what we needed for the right price.

I saw a mattress online. I rang the store to see if they had one in stock to come and look at, they said yes. I was greeted with a friendly but non intrusive nature. I asked about the said mattress and was taken to it straight away. I was left to try it out. Once satisfied I looked to purchase the item and was introduced to the pillows. I was given good information and selected some as well. The paperwork was hassle free and all the confermation was on my phone before the ink was dry on the paper. That's the kind of transaction I like. Two thumbs up👍👍

We were greeted by a friendly member of staff who assisted us and advised us without being pushy or irritating. I was pleased with the items on offer and the savings available.

We were greeted on entering the store then left to browse at leisure. After a few minutes the salesman approached to explain the item we were interested in. He was very knowledgeable and explained the difference between the beds and which would suit our needs best. No annoyingly pushy just helpful.

Dolly was the first member of staff to approach us, he explained how the store was laid out he didn’t pressure us into buying which was nice he asked us if he we wanted help then when we did he provided excellent service using the computer bed to work out our preferences. Then he was very knowledgeable on what beds were for us and gave brilliant advice and guidance. He knew prices/ specifications well and was lovely and friendly. We were that happy with his service we even bought the bad even though we wasn’t 100% sure it fit in the gap. Therefore looking back is sales advice and service was outstanding. He even offered my daughter a hot chocolate to keep her entertained while we had a look around. Very personable and lovely! Thank you Solly!!
