Matthew at Blackburn was great. He talked to us about what we wanted and invited us to the sleep match technology, which was both a fun/funny and a brilliant experience :-) He really knew his stuff and talked us through and showed us the different types of mattresses. He didn't rush us or pressure us and we were really happy with the ones he showed us and decided to buy there and then, even though our bed hadn't been delivered yet. Matthew couldn't have done a better job, we were really happy with our experience.

After reviewing products on-line it was refreshing to go into store to actually visualise, feel & understand differences between items. This approach allowed us to make a far better purchasing decision. We were grateful that the products in question could be demonstrated & explained fully by a store expert. Solly is absolutely fantastic. Very comforting and gave us a full rundown of all the available options as well as the dreams sleep match. He was patient and very honest. A true gentleman. I would highly recommend his service in the future to family and friends.

Suleman was very polite, not pushy and knowledgeable about the products. We did comment at the time how well presented the shop was. We enjoyed our experience thanks to him.
