As we entered your store Nylah greeted us and asked if we needed any help. Of course yes as there are so many beds to choose from I wouldn’t know where to start. So after going on your machine to tell us what sort of mattress we need Nylah showed us the ones you would recommend. We found the perfect mattress and bed to match which was then followed by a bedding box, pillows and new duvet! Fantastic service and a pretty good hot chocolate as well. Really Happy and can’t wait for the bed to arrive.

Matt was awesome! A real credit to the company, he made me a coffee and explained how actigel is the future...started to fall asleep but plenty of beds around so perfect! I like his face and his warm heart.

This is our first time ordering from Dreams after previously buying our last bed from Bensons whom I will never return to again (Awful service in every way!!) I shall be returning to Dreams in the summer to buy two more beds for my sons room!

Excellent customer service, this is the first time we have purchased from this store and had a specific idea of what we wanted and the store assistant could not have been more helpful. We haven't received our bed and this is the most I have ever spent on one so hope it's as great as the short lie down I had after work. Looking forward to an amazing sleep...
